Job Description: Marketing Executive (Urgent Requirement)

We are looking for 2 highly motivated and target-driven Marketing Executives to join our team immediately. The ideal candidates should be proactive field marketers with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and working effectively in a team.

Position Details:

Role: Marketing Executive

No. of Vacancies: 2 (Two)

Job Type: Full-time (Field Job)

Location: Chennai/ Kotturpuram

Key Responsibilities:

Field Marketing: Conduct on-field promotional activities, identify new business opportunities, and acquire new clients.

Target Achievement: Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly marketing targets are met efficiently.

Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to strategize and achieve organizational goals.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Education: MBA in Marketing or any Bachelor’s Degree completed.

Experience: Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in field marketing or sales.

Assets: Must own a two-wheeler (Bike) and possess a valid Driving License.

Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a goal-oriented mindset.

Salary & Benefits:

Basic Salary: ₹20,000 per month.
