Position: Solar Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Solar Marketing Executive to help grow our solar energy business by generating leads, building customer relationships, promoting solar solutions, and developing new business opportunities.

The candidate should have a strong interest in renewable energy, solar power, B2B/B2C marketing, lead generation, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies for solar rooftop, commercial, industrial and other solar solutions.

- Generate qualified leads through digital marketing, social media, networking, events, referrals and field marketing.

- Identify and approach potential residential, commercial, industrial and institutional customers.

- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, competitors and emerging solar trends.

- Manage leads from initial enquiry through follow-up and handover to the sales/technical team.

- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to prepare customer proposals and presentations.

- Build relationships with architects, builders, developers, facility managers, industries, institutions and other potential partners.

- Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, exhibitions, events and promotional activities.

- Create marketing content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp and other digital platforms.

- Track marketing campaigns and measure leads, conversion rates, customer acquisition and ROI.

- Maintain a database of prospects, partners and customers.

- Regularly report marketing activities, lead status and business opportunities to management.

Required Skills

- Good understanding of solar energy and renewable-energy solutions.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good presentation and negotiation skills.

- Experience in lead generation and digital marketing.

- Knowledge of social media marketing and basic SEO/SEM.

- Ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets / CRM tools.

- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, exhibitions and business development.
