Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

Generate new leads and identify potential customers
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
Conduct client meetings and product presentations
Maintain relationships with existing customers
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales
Prepare sales reports and market feedback

Marketing Responsibilities:

Plan and execute marketing campaigns
Promote products through social media and offline activities
Coordinate promotional events and exhibitions
Create brand awareness in the market
Handle digital marketing activities (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)
Analyze market trends and competitor activities

Required Skills:

Strong communication and negotiation skills
Sales and customer handling ability
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media
Confidence and presentation skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel)

Qualifications:

Graduate / MBA in Marketing preferred
Experience in sales and marketing is an advantage
