Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline) to promote courses and programs.

• Generate quality leads through digital platforms, events, and partnerships.

• Manage social media handles, content marketing, and digital ads to enhance brand presence.

• Coordinate with academic and sales teams to achieve enrollment targets.

• Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and educational institutions.

• Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and webinars to promote learning solutions.

• Monitor competitor activities and suggest improvements to strategies.

• Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and ensure ROI-driven initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in EdTech/Education sector.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Creativity, analytical mindset, and target-driven approach.
