Role Overview

The Marketing Executive is responsible for executing marketing activities, supporting brand visibility, and driving customer acquisition at the city and hub level. This role focuses on offline campaigns, partnerships, and local branding initiatives to strengthen Tenzo’s presence and customer trust.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution: Plan and implement local marketing campaigns and promotions.

• Brand Visibility: Ensure Tenzo’s brand presence across hubs and customer touchpoints.

• Customer Acquisition: Support initiatives to attract and retain customers.

• Partnership Development: Collaborate with Residential communities, and local vendors for outreach.

• Event Coordination: Organize and manage hub‑level or city‑level promotional events.

• Market Research: Collect insights on customer preferences, competitor activities, and local trends.

• Collaboration: Work closely with operations and HR teams for recruitment branding and workforce engagement.

• Reporting: Share campaign performance and feedback with the Marketing Manager.

Candidate Profile

• 0–1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or business development.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.

• Creative mindset with problem‑solving ability.

• Local language proficiency (Telugu/Hindi) preferred for outreach.
