We are hiring a Sales & Marketing Executive for our recruiting agency. The candidate will be responsible for finding new clients, explaining our recruitment services, and maintaining client relationships. English speaking is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

Call and meet potential clients (companies)
Explain recruitment and staffing services
Generate new business leads
Follow up with clients and close deals
Maintain client data and reports
Coordinate with recruitment team

Requirements:

Minimum 12th pass (Any stream)
English speaking is a must
Basic computer knowledge
Freshers can apply
Good communication and convincing skills
