Job Responsibilities:
Visit Cooperative Housing Societies across Mumbai to promote the firm's legal services.
Generate leads for Deemed Conveyance, Redevelopment, Society Membership, RERA Matters, and other legal services.
Meet Society Chairpersons, Secretaries, Committee Members, and Builders to explain service offerings.
Conduct presentations and awareness meetings in societies.
Build and maintain relationships with society management committees and key stakeholders.
Follow up with prospective clients and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
Maintain daily visit reports and update lead status.
Coordinate with the legal team for client meetings, documentation, and service execution.
Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.
Requirements:
Good communication and convincing skills.
Willingness to travel and visit housing societies regularly.
Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer relationship management.
Experience in field sales, real estate, legal services, or business development will be preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
