Job Description

We are looking for a Field Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell our software/IT solutions and generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through field visits, networking and market research.

• Visit potential clients and explain our software/IT solutions.

• Identify customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions.

• Build and maintain good relationships with clients.

• Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.

• Maintain regular follow-ups and update sales activities.

• Coordinate with the internal team for client onboarding and support.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, Software Sales, IT Sales or Business Development.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Comfortable with field visits and meeting clients.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Ability to generate leads independently.

• Experience in selling Software, SaaS, HRMS, ERP or IT services will be an advantage.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

Salary:-₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives
Salary will depend on experience, skills and interview performance.

Preferred Candidates

Candidates who are comfortable with field sales, client meetings, lead generation and target-based sales.

• It is a Full Time మార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
