Marketing Field Executive

We are looking for a Marketing Field Executive to join our team at Rasikan (start-up Satvik Brand). This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10000 - ₹11000 and growth opportunities in the field. We are looking for person who can actively represent Rasikan at temples, religious events, stalls, and exhibitions, promote our products, and drive direct customer sales. The role is largely field-based and requires standing at stalls/tables, interacting with devotees, and coordinating with temple/event authorities.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Stall & Table Sales (Core Responsibility)-Stand at Rasikan stalls/tables set up outside temples, satsangs, religious events, fairs, and exhibitions

• Promote Rasikan products to devotees and visitors

• Talk politely and confidently with temple management, priests, organizers, and event coordinators

• Promotion & Brand Representation

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0.5 - 3 years of experience. The position also requires average communication skills but good marketing skills , basic knowledge of marketing tools, AI tools and zeal to grow approach.

• It is a Full Time మార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
