Job Title: Field Marketing Executive Intern

Job Summary

We are looking for proactive and energetic Field Marketing Executive Interns to promote the Jugnoo platform among auto-rickshaw drivers. The candidate will be responsible for visiting designated areas, interacting with drivers, explaining the benefits of the Jugnoo app, and assisting them with app download and registration.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned locations and meet auto-rickshaw drivers.

• Explain the features and benefits of the Jugnoo platform.

• Assist drivers in downloading and registering on the Jugnoo app.

• Address driver queries and provide onboarding support.

• Build positive relationships with drivers and increase platform adoption.

• Maintain records of driver registrations and daily activities.

• Submit daily activity reports to the reporting manager.

Reporting Requirements

The Field Marketing Executive Intern must submit:

• Driver's Full Name

• Contact Number

• Photograph of the Auto-Rickshaw clearly showing the vehicle number

• Confirmation of App Download and Registration

• Location and Date of Enrollment

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently in the field.

• Basic smartphone and mobile application knowledge.

• Confidence in approaching and interacting with drivers.

• Strong reporting and documentation skills.

Qualification

• Minimum 10th/12th Pass, Diploma, Undergraduate or Graduate.

• Interest in marketing, sales, customer acquisition, or promotions.

• Freshers and students are encouraged to apply.

• Mode: Field-Based

• Location: Gwalior

• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Performance-Based)

Performance Metrics

• Number of drivers approached daily.

• Number of successful app downloads and registrations.

• Accuracy of submitted reports.

• Quality of driver engagement and onboarding.
