Marketing Field Executive

Finwin Solutions is looking for a motivated and energetic Loan Field Marketing Executive to generate business for Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Business Loans, and Personal Loans. The candidate will build relationships with channel partners, builders, property dealers, CAs, DSAs, and direct customers to achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads for Home Loan, LAP, Business Loan, and Personal Loan.

Visit builders, property dealers, CAs, and other referral partners.

Develop and maintain strong channel partner relationships.

Meet prospective customers and explain loan products.

Collect customer documents and coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan processing.

Follow up on applications until loan disbursement.

Achieve monthly business and lead generation targets.

Submit daily field visit and sales reports.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in loan sales, banking, NBFC, or DSA.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Basic knowledge of loan products and documentation.

Own two-wheeler preferred.

Graduation preferred (12th pass with relevant experience may also apply).
