🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and generate sales opportunities
• Explain products/services and understand customer requirements
• Convert leads into sales through effective communication
• Handle customer queries and objections
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects
• Update customer and call details in CRM/MIS
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets

🎯 Key KPIs

• Daily Calling: As per assigned target
• Lead Conversion: As per monthly target
• Follow-ups: 100% timely follow-up
• CRM Updates: 100% activity updated
• Sales Target: 90%+ monthly achievement

✅ Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in Telesales / Telecalling / Inside Sales
• Excellent Hindi & English communication skills
• Strong convincing, negotiation and objection-handling skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Good customer-handling and follow-up skills
• IT/Technology Sales experience preferred
