Responsibilities:

• Conduct field marketing activities around nearby markets, societies, gyms, salons and corporates.

• Distribute flyers, brochures, coupons and engage potential customers.

• Build partnerships with salons, gyms, cafés, PGs and corporate offices.

• Organize micro-events, kiosks and on-ground promotions to generate leads.

• Explain basic clinic services (training will be provided).

• Collect customer data and share qualified leads with the clinic team.

• Meet daily/weekly lead generation targets.

• Support local branding and visibility activities.

Requirements:

• 0–3 years experience in field marketing/sales/promotions (freshers can apply).

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Comfortable interacting with people and working on-field.

• Energetic, self-motivated and target-driven.

• Basic knowledge of skin/hair services is a plus.
