Experience: Minimum 1 year in Sales, Branding/Promotions, or Field Marketing

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (Third-Party Payroll) + ₹3,000 Travel Conveyance

Job Summary:

The Marketing Executive – Sales Enhancement will be responsible for increasing LPG cylinder sales (15kg, 17kg, 19kg, 21kg) within the HORECA sector. The role includes conducting field visits, engaging with customers, generating leads, and promoting the company’s LPG products and schemes to drive sales conversions and strengthen market presence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct daily field visits to local markets, HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Cafés / Caterers) outlets, and high-footfall areas to engage with potential customers.

• Promote company LPG products, highlight key benefits, and explain ongoing promotional schemes.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for customer registrations, lead generation, and sales conversions.

• Collect and report field insights, competitor information, and customer feedback to enhance outreach strategies.

• Maintain accurate daily reports of visits, leads, and conversions in the prescribed format.

Key Skills Required :

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (proficiency in the local language preferred).

• Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.

• Ability to work independently and meet targets consistently.
