Marketing Field Executive

About the role

We "Cable Net Pariseba Pvt Ltd." are hiring a Field Marketing Executive to be our boots-on-the-ground brand ambassador across assigned territories. You will meet customers directly — in residential societies, local markets, commercial hubs, and community events — to generate leads, drive new broadband connections, and build lasting relationships with subscribers and local influencers.

Key responsibilities

1. Door-to-door & society outreach

Conduct daily field visits to residential complexes, housing societies, and commercial premises to pitch broadband plans and convert prospects into subscribers.

2. Lead generation & local activation

Organise and participate in on-ground activation camps, canopy stalls, and local events to generate qualified leads and boost brand visibility in the territory.

3. Channel & referral partner management

Identify and onboard local agents, shopkeepers, and influencers as referral partners to expand reach within the assigned zone.

4. Sales documentation & reporting

Collect customer KYC documents, submit daily call reports and visit logs, and update CRM/lead tracker with accurate field data.

5. Customer relationship & retention

Follow up with newly acquired customers post-installation, address early concerns, and identify upsell opportunities for higher-speed plans.

6. Competitor & market intelligence

Track competitor activity, pricing, and offers in the field and share actionable intelligence with the marketing and product teams.

Who we're looking for

Education

Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred)

Field experience

Prior experience in ISP, telecom, FMCG, or direct sales is a strong advantage

Local knowledge

Good familiarity with the assigned territory; ability to navigate and communicate with diverse communities

Communication

Fluent in local language and Hindi/English; confident presenter and negotiator

Physical stamina

Comfortable with extensive outdoor travel, walking, and working flexible hours including weekends
