Marketing Field Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to promote our IT products and services, generate leads, build customer relationships, and support marketing campaigns. Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and marketing are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through phone calls, emails, social media, and field visits.

• Promote company services and products to potential customers.

• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with clients.

• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.

• Follow up with prospective customers and existing clients.

• Assist in digital marketing activities, social media promotions, and campaigns.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

• Prepare sales reports and marketing activity reports.

• Coordinate with technical and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.

Required Skills

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Basic knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office.

• Ability to interact confidently with customers.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• Knowledge of social media platforms is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, IT, or any related field.

• MBA Marketing candidates are preferred but not mandatory.
