Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution: Implement marketing plans (demos, events, promotions) directly in the field.

• Brand Representation: Serve as the local face of the brand, conveying enthusiasm and professionalism.

• Lead Generation: Engage potential customers, create interest, and gather leads for the sales team.

• Customer Engagement: Conduct product demonstrations, distribute materials, and build strong customer relationships.

• Market Intelligence: Collect customer feedback, analyze trends, and report on campaign performance and competitor activity.

• Sales Alignment: Work closely with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts support sales goals.

• Logistics: Manage event setup, materials (literature, signage), and vendor relations. 

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Communication: Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Interpersonal: Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships.

• Self-Motivation: Energetic, creative, and able to work independently.

• Organizational: Strong project management and event planning abilities.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field often preferred.

• Experience: Previous experience in field marketing, sales, or retail is beneficial.
