Hospital: AAryuvedam HospitalLocation: FaridabadJob Type: Full-timeBike Requirement: Own bike is mandatory________________________________________Position OverviewAAryuvedam Hospital is seeking a proactive and energetic BTL / Field Marketing Executive to execute community outreach programs, drive patient footfall, and build strong local visibility for the hospital. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating on-ground healthcare marketing activities and must have their own bike for field travel.________________________________________Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Community Outreach & BTL Activities• Conduct health camps, screening drives, wellness events, and local outreach programs.• Visit corporate offices, schools, communities, and residential areas for awareness initiatives.• Set up and manage hospital information kiosks and promotional stalls.2. Doctor & Clinic Visits• Visit local clinics, wellness centers, and health practitioners to share hospital services and build relationships (ethically & compliantly).• Support referral-building activities.4. Marketing Collateral Distribution• Distribute informational materials in targeted areas (pharmacies, clinics, corporate offices, fitness centers, residential communities).5. Lead Generation & Follow-Up• Generate patient inquiries through field activities.• Maintain lead records and ensure timely follow-up.________________________________________RequirementsMust-Have• Bike and valid driving license (mandatory for field travel).Education• Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).• Background in marketing, healthcare, wellness, or similar fields is an advantage.Experience• 0–3 years in BTL marketing, field marketing, hospital promotion, or sales.• Experience in healthcare marketing is preferred but not mandatory.Skills• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.• Confidence in fieldwork and public interaction.• Basic knowledge of healthcare marketing (training will be provided).• Ability to work independently with strong time management.
