The Marketing Executive – School & College Projects will be responsible for promoting the company’s educational programs, skill development workshops, and institutional services directly to schools and colleges.
This is a B2B field-focused role involving outreach, relationship building, lead generation, seminar/webinar coordination, and achieving admissions/partnership targets.
Key Responsibilities1. School & College Outreach
Identify and visit schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and academic groups.
Pitch company programs, skill modules, workshops, and training solutions to principals, HODs, coordinators, and management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with institutions.
2. B2B Sales & Target Achievement
Generate leads from schools/colleges and convert them into partnerships.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales/admission targets.
Negotiate terms, program fees, and event schedules with institutions.
3. Event & Seminar Management
Plan and organize school seminars, career guidance sessions, skill development workshops, college webinars, and faculty development programs.
Coordinate with internal trainers, counselors, and operations teams for smooth event execution.
Ensure maximum student participation and lead collection during events.
4. Marketing & Promotion
Promote company programs to students during school/college visits.
Distribute brochures, posters, and marketing materials.
Conduct branding activities within partner institutions.
5. Lead Management & Reporting
Maintain proper data of institutions visited, leads generated, and events conducted.
Follow up regularly with school/college authorities for closures.
Submit weekly and monthly reports to management.
6. Relationship Building
Maintain long-term relationships with academic coordinators, principals, directors, and trustees.
Handle after-event communication and feedback collection.
Explore repeat business opportunities with existing institutions.
Required Skills & Qualification : Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Education / Any graduate
MBA preferred (not mandatory)
Experience
1–2 years experience in education marketing, B2B sales, field marketing, or institutional sales.
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply (optional based on your need).
