Job Overview

• We are looking for a Marketing Executive – Email Marketing to join our remote team and support the company's marketing activities for translation, localization, and language services.

• This is a desk-based Work From Home marketing role, primarily focused on email marketing, email communication, database management, follow-ups, and digital marketing support.

• The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, language professionals, companies, and business contacts through professional email communication and supporting the company's ongoing marketing campaigns.

• The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, attention to detail, and an interest in learning email and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day email marketing activities for the company.

• Prepare, format, and send professional marketing and business emails.

• Conduct regular email follow-ups with potential clients and business contacts.

• Identify and maintain relevant business contact and email databases.

• Support marketing campaigns for translation, localization, interpretation, and other language services.

• Research potential clients, companies, and business opportunities through online platforms.

• Maintain and update contact information, email lists, and campaign records.

• Track email communication, responses, and follow-ups using Excel, Google Sheets, or internal systems.

• Assist in preparing email content, subject lines, and promotional messages.

• Coordinate with the internal team regarding marketing campaigns and client communication.

• Support other desk-based digital marketing activities when required.

• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT for drafting emails, researching ideas, and supporting marketing activities.

• Maintain professional and accurate communication with clients and business contacts.

Required Skills

• Good written and verbal communication skills in Hindi and Basic English.

• Good email writing and communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of email, MS Office, Excel/Google Sheets, and Internet usage.

• Basic understanding of email marketing and digital marketing.

• Good research and data-management skills.

• Ability to write professional and convincing business emails.

• Good typing and documentation skills.

• Basic knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT is an added advantage.

• Good attention to detail and ability to maintain proper records.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Freshers with good communication and computer skills are welcome.

• Ability to work independently in a Work From Home environment.

Key Responsibilities – Email Marketing

The primary focus of this position will be Email Marketing, including:

• Preparing email campaigns.

• Sending emails to relevant business contacts and potential clients.

• Maintaining email databases.

• Regular follow-ups through email.

• Managing email responses.

• Updating campaign and follow-up status.

• Researching new potential clients and contacts.

• Supporting the team in generating business opportunities through email communication.

Important Note

• This is a Work From Home, desk-based Marketing Executive position, primarily focused on Email Marketing.

• This is not a target-based telecalling job. The role does not involve field visits or mandatory sales/calling targets.

• The candidate will work remotely from home and handle email campaigns, business research, client communication, follow-ups, database management, and other desk-based marketing activities.

• The candidate should have a laptop/desktop, stable internet connection, and a suitable work environment for carrying out daily responsibilities.
