Job Title: Telemarketing Executive (Female Only)

Experience: 0-3 Years

We are looking for a confident, articulate, and enthusiastic female candidate to join our office-based team as a Telemarketing Executive. Your primary role will be to reach out to potential clients, introduce our electrical product range, and schedule appointments for our field sales team and respond to customers' queries regarding our products.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling: Proactively contact potential leads (builders, contractors, interior designers, etc.) to introduce our products.

Lead Qualification: Identify interested prospects and understand their requirements through effective communication.

Meeting Coordination: Schedule and confirm high-potential meetings for the field sales/marketing team.

Database Management: Maintain and update the lead tracker/CRM with accurate notes and follow-up details.

Brand Representation: Provide professional and polite information about our company, ensuring a positive first impression.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualification: Must be either an ITI, Diploma or BTech Graduate - required for basic technical knowledge of electrical products. Preferred

Experience: Fresher (Experience in tele-calling or customer support is a plus, but not mandatory).

Communication: Excellent command of Hindi and English. You must be able to speak clearly and confidently.

Attitude: Self-motivated, patient, quick learner and goal-oriented. Ability to handle rejection professionally.

Skills: Basic computer skills (MS Office/Excel) for updating records.
