Job Overview

Velvorax Software Solutions is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Marketing Executive for our Nellore operations.

The candidate will be responsible for generating business leads and developing customer relationships for both:

1. Software & Digital Solutions

2. Real Estate

The role involves regular field visits, customer meetings, lead generation, follow-ups, and coordination with the Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities

Software & Digital Business

- Visit local businesses, companies, schools, hospitals, real estate firms, and other organizations.

- Introduce Velvorax CRM, software solutions, digital marketing, and other company services.

- Identify businesses that require CRM, automation, websites, digital marketing, or software solutions.

- Generate qualified software and digital-service leads.

- Schedule demos and meetings with potential customers.

- Collect customer requirements and update them in the company CRM.

Real Estate Business

- Visit real estate offices, property developers, agents, and potential property buyers.

- Generate property-related leads through field visits and local networking.

- Promote available properties and real estate opportunities.

- Identify property buyers, sellers, investors, and channel partners.

- Arrange property visits and customer meetings.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects.

- Update all real estate leads and activities in the CRM.

Field Marketing Activities

- Daily market visits in assigned areas of Nellore.

- Meet business owners, property dealers, builders, investors, and potential customers.

- Build local business contacts and referral networks.

- Identify new markets and business opportunities.

- Conduct promotional activities when required.

- Maintain a daily field visit report.

Daily Responsibilities

- Plan daily field visits.

- Meet prospective customers.

- Generate new leads.

- Qualify leads.

- Schedule customer meetings/demos.

- Follow up with previous leads.

- Update every lead and activity in CRM.

- Submit daily activity report.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic sales and marketing knowledge.

- Ability to communicate confidently with business owners and customers.

- Good convincing and negotiation skills.

- Willingness to travel within Nellore.

- Basic smartphone and computer knowledge.

- Ability to use CRM applications.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Qualification

Any Graduate / Diploma / Equivalent

Freshers with good communication skills and willingness to work in the field are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working hours may vary based on customer meetings and field requirements.

Salary & Incentives

Salary: Based on experience and interview performance.

Performance Incentives: Additional incentives may be provided based on qualified leads, meetings, sales, and successful customer conversions as per company policy.

Important Requirements

- Field work and local travel are an essential part of this position.

- All customer information must be entered into the company CRM.

- Employees must not make unauthorized pricing or business commitments.

- Customer and company information must be kept confidential.

- Professional behavior must be maintained during all customer interactions.

- Daily field activities and results must be reported to management.

Primary Objective

Generate quality leads, create local customer relationships, and generate business opportunities for Velvorax Software Solutions and its Real Estate business in Nellore.
