We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Marketing Executive / Assistant to support our Outdoor Advertising (OOH) operations. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in campaign execution, client coordination, site management, and market research, ensuring smooth delivery of advertising projects across Delhi NCR.

Client Coordination & Servicing

Assist in handling client communication (emails, calls, WhatsApp coordination)

Support in sharing proposals, estimates, and campaign updates

Follow up for approvals, POs, and campaign renewals

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain Excel trackers for campaigns, sites, and clients

Prepare PPTs for client presentations (site proposals, mapping, etc.)

Support in invoice tracking, PO management, and reporting

Market Research

Identify new advertising sites and opportunities

Track competitor activities and media trends

Assist in creating strategic location plans for clients
