Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to develop, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in paid advertising, SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics, with a strong focus on achieving measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

• Execute SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.

• Manage social media accounts and content calendars.

• Create and optimize email marketing campaigns and automation workflows.

• Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other reporting tools.

• Optimize landing pages and improve conversion rates.

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.

• Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements.

Required Skills

• Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

• Strong knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics (GA4).

• Social media marketing and content planning.

• Email marketing and CRM tools.

• Basic knowledge of Canva, WordPress, or similar platforms.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing.

• Google Ads or Meta certifications are an added advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Website traffic growth.

• Lead generation and conversion rate.

• Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

• Cost per Lead (CPL).

• Organic keyword rankings.

• Social media engagement and campaign performance.

Work Location: In person
