Role Overview:

Steps N Storeyz is looking for dedicated and energetic Field Staff to support our real estate operations. This role involves site visits, land verification, and on-ground coordination. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field work and willing to travel as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit land sites for verification, inspection, and documentation support

Coordinate with internal teams regarding site status and updates

Assist in land-related surveys and field activities

Collect and report accurate field information to the office team

Ensure compliance with company guidelines during site visits

Support sales / operations team during project-related field work

Job Requirements:

Qualification: Any Degree

Experience: Fresher / Entry-level candidates welcome

Willingness to do field work (mandatory)

Basic communication skills (Tamil required, English preferred)

Ability to travel to different locations as per project needs

Salary & Benefits:

Full-time Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Incentives: ₹5,000+ (performance-based)

Part-time Option Available: Salary / payout based on closures

Field travel & accommodation expenses covered by company
