Sparsa Digital is looking for a proactive and driven Marketing Executive to strengthen our market research
and lead generation efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, understands
business environments, and wants hands-on exposure across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Research & Lead Generation
Identify potential clients across industries such as Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare, Education, and Corporates
Research businesses to understand their current use of digital signage and customer engagement solutions
Analyze market trends, competitors, and opportunities
Build and maintain structured databases of prospects for outreach
2. Cold Calling & Outreach
Conduct outbound cold calls to introduce Sparsa Digital’s solutions
Identify decision-makers and qualify leads based on business needs
Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team
Maintain call logs, follow-ups, and lead status reports
3. Marketing & Sales Support
Assist the sales team with sector-specific pitch insights
Support in preparing reports, documentation, and daily activity updates
Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and lead follow-ups
What We’re Looking For
Graduate (any stream)
Good communication and convincing skills
Comfortable with cold calling and client interaction
Willingness to do market research
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented mindset
