REPORTING TO: Assistant Manager – Business Development
JOB DUTIES:
- Help and coordinate in promotional activities.
- To explore newer geographical area new markets, for customer target for hospital.
- To do regular fieldwork to understand and develop sound marketing plan.
- Network with various physician.
- Create and maintain database of referring doctors, hospitals, clinics etc.
- Establish regular contact and engage with entire referral channel through personal visits, events, etc. (Minimum no. of average calls per day - ).
- Achieve targeted revenues through referrals from hospitals/Clinics/Doctors.
- Regularly visit the doctors and take feedback on services and share with the reporting head.
- Coordinate with accounts department for referral payments & deliver the same.
- All the grievances related to the referral patient should be heard and to be solved.
- Coordinate with corporate clients patients if instructed by Manager.
- Maintain website as per the instruction of HODs.
- To coordinate for CMEs, Workshops, Camps, Patient Education program, etc.
- Monthly plan activity must be given before starting of every month.
- Monthly detailed report of the activity should be submitted to the manager.
- Daily/Weekly progress report should be submitted in brief to manager about the activities assigned.
- Put all efforts to achieve the assigned targets.
