Job Description(Education sector):

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to support the launch and brand-building activities of a new upcoming school. The candidate will be responsible for creating awareness, generating admissions leads, managing promotional activities, and building strong relationships within the local community.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies to create awareness about the school.

Generate quality admission leads through offline and digital marketing initiatives.

Plan and coordinate school promotions, campaigns, events, exhibitions, and community activities.

Identify and develop partnerships with local organizations, corporates, residential communities, and other institutions.

Conduct market research to understand local demographics, competition, and admission trends.

Coordinate with advertising agencies, vendors, and other external partners.

Maintain regular follow-ups on marketing leads and support the admissions team in conversions.

Track campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.

Support the school management in achieving admission and brand-building targets.

Skills & Qualifications

Graduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

3–6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the school/education sector.

Strong knowledge of local market and community outreach.

Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.

Target-oriented, proactive, and confident in dealing with parents and external stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple marketing activities effectively.

Work Location: In person
