Job Responsibilities
Aditya Mall ke stall/shop par customers ko products aur services ke baare mein information dena.
Walk-in customers ko engage karna aur product demonstrations dena.
Potential customers ko identify karke leads generate karna.
Customer requirements samajhna aur suitable products/services suggest karna.
Daily customer interaction aur lead details maintain karna.
Sales aur marketing activities mein support karna.
Existing customers ke saath follow-up karna.
Monthly sales/lead generation targets achieve karne mein support karna.
Stall/shop ki presentation aur customer experience maintain karna.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Hindi communication is mandatory; basic English preferred.
Customer handling and convincing skills.
Basic sales and marketing knowledge.
Positive attitude and confident personality.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic computer/mobile handling knowledge.
Fresher candidates with good communication skills can also apply.
