Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting company products/services, generating leads, communicating with customers, and supporting marketing activities to achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote company products/services through various marketing channels.

- Generate new leads and follow up with potential customers.

- Contact customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

- Maintain and update customer and lead databases.

- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.

- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to achieve targets.

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

- Conduct market research and collect information about competitors and customer preferences.

- Prepare basic daily/weekly reports of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

- Attend meetings, events, promotional activities, and other marketing initiatives when required.

- Achieve assigned daily/monthly marketing targets.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.

- Good convincing and negotiation skills.

- Customer-handling skills.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

- Target-oriented approach.

Qualification

- Graduate / Undergraduate pursuing graduation in any stream.
