2. Role Purpose

We are looking for a BTL Executive who can handle offline marketing activities to promote our real estate projects and help generate leads for the sales team.

Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibility to generate prospective Home buyers leads through outdoor activitiesTo conduct and coordinate outdoor activities, Temp / Sunpack, Paper inserts, door to doorTo coordinate and Road show, Property Expo, Apartment and corporate activitiesTo be on the road to understand the latest strategies used by competitorVendor Management across domainGood communicational and negotiation skillsGo Getter and should be street SmartKnowledge of Excel and ability to prepare and present reports4. Educational Qualifications

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor Degree

5. Experience Requirements

Total Years of Experience: 3 to 5 Years

Relevant Industry Experience: Residential experience is preferred.
