About the Role

R Saloons is looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Marketing Executives to expand our salon and spa partner network across Hyderabad. The role focuses on direct field visits, partner onboarding, brand promotion, lead generation, and building strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit salons, spas, wellness centers, and beauty clinics to introduce R Saloons.

• Generate leads and onboard new salon and spa partners.

• Explain the benefits of the R Saloons Partner App and CRM platform.

• Conduct product demonstrations and assist partners with registration.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and managers.

• Distribute promotional materials and execute field marketing campaigns.

• Collect market feedback and competitor insights.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding targets.

• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth partner activation.

• Submit daily field visit and lead reports.

Requirements

• Qualification: Intermediate (10+2), Diploma, or Any Graduate.

• Experience: 0–2 years in field marketing, sales, or business development (Freshers are welcome).

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Willingness to travel across Hyderabad.

• Basic smartphone and mobile app usage knowledge.

• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.

• Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
