Job Purpose
To generate quality customer enquiries and showroom footfall through Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities, local promotions, events, customer engagement, corporate tie-ups and area-wise marketing campaigns.
3. Key Responsibilities
A. BTL Marketing Activities
Plan and execute daily field marketing activities.
Conduct leaflet, flyer, brochure and invitation distribution.
Execute canopy, kiosk and promotional activities.
Identify high-potential customer locations and residential areas.
Conduct society, apartment and community-level campaigns.
Promote showroom offers, schemes, events and new collections.
Ensure proper branding and visibility at marketing locations.
B. Lead Generation
Generate new customer leads through field activities.
Collect customer name, mobile number, occasion and jewellery requirement.
Submit daily lead data to CRM/Marketing Manager.
Coordinate with CRM team for lead follow-up.
Track leads generated from each BTL activity.
Monitor conversion of BTL leads into showroom visits and sales.
4. Educational Qualification
Minimum Graduate
Marketing / Sales qualification will be an advantage
5. Experience
2–5years experience in BTL marketing, in jewellery.
