Job వివరణ

We are looking for an MBA Marketing professional with strong field execution skills to drive sales and market expansion for organic manure, bio-fertilizers, and soil conditioners in the Udumalpet–Coimbatore region.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales of organic manure & bio-fertilizer products

Develop and manage dealer & distributor network

Conduct farmer meetings, field demos, and product trials

Execute territory-wise marketing and sales plans

Market intelligence, competitor tracking & reporting

Required Skills

Strong foundation in Marketing & Sales

Knowledge of fertilizers / agri-inputs (organic preferred)

Excellent communication in Tamil (English working knowledge)

Willingness for extensive field travel

Two-wheeler with valid license

Preferred Profile

Experience in agri-inputs / fertilizers / rural FMCG

Familiar with Udumalpet, Pollachi, Coimbatore rural belt

Dealer & farmer network is a plus

Compensation
