Job Title: Marketing & Web Operations Executive
IT & Website Support
- Manage domain and hosting renewals, DNS records, SSL certificates
- Raise and follow up support tickets with hosting/web provider when issues arise
- Make routine WordPress updates — new pages, blog posts, images, plugin/theme updates
- Act as first-line technical support for the team (email issues, login problems, basic troubleshooting) and escalate to the web developer/IT vendor when needed
- Maintain a record of logins, renewal dates, and vendor contacts
B2B Marketing & Lead Generation
- Run the company LinkedIn page — regular posts, content calendar
- Identify and do targeted outreach to relevant B2B contacts (OEM/procurement/QA professionals at target companies), not just generic posting
- Maintain listings on B2B directories (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, sector-specific portals)
- Build and follow up on leads from trade shows/industry events
- Collect client testimonials/referrals and track which channels generate real inbound leads
Website & Content
- Write/coordinate new service pages as the company expands into new testing verticals
- Turn completed projects into case studies for the website and outreach
- Basic SEO — page titles, meta descriptions, targeting compliance/industry search terms
