Job Title: Marketing Executive (Male/Female)
Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary:

Our Client is looking for energetic and result-oriented Marketing Executives to promote rental and resale properties, generate leads, and support business growth. The role involves both on-field and digital marketing activities to attract potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote company properties for rentals and resales 

• Generate leads through on-field marketing, references, and online platforms 

• Coordinate with sales and CRM teams for lead conversion 

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities 

• Handle property promotions on social media and property portals 

• Conduct local area marketing, site promotions, and events  

• Collect customer feedback and market insights 

• Maintain daily marketing and lead reports 

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduate

• Freshers or candidates with marketing/real estate experience 

• Good communication skills in Telugu & English 

• Partial Field work

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and persuasion skills 

• Target-oriented and proactive approach 

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media
