Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and proactive Sales & Marketing Executive (Female) to join our growing team. The role focuses on managing TradeIndia portal operations, lead handling, daily calling, CRM updates, customer follow-ups, and relationship building to drive consistent business growth and repeat orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle TradeIndia portal on a daily basis (lead checking, replying, quotations, follow-ups).

• Call and convert TradeIndia + company-provided leads into business opportunities.

• Generate new leads as per company guidance and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

• Make daily follow-up calls and ensure timely lead nurturing until closure.

• Maintain accurate CRM entry & updates (lead status, follow-ups, remarks, next action).

• Coordinate with internal teams for quotation, sampling, approvals, and order execution.

• Manage payment follow-ups with customers and ensure timely collections.

• Visit client companies occasionally for meetings, relationship building, and repeat business.

• Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat orders and customer retention.

• Share daily/weekly reports on calls, leads, follow-ups, and closures.

Required Skills & Profile

• Strong communication skills in Hindi + English (Marathi is a plus)

• Good confidence in telecalling / B2B sales

• Ability to manage multiple follow-ups and work in a target-driven environment

• Basic computer knowledge: Excel, WhatsApp Business, Email, CRM

• Smart, presentable, and professional attitude for client handling

• Self-motivated with strong learning and execution mindset

Preferred Candidate

• Experience: 0 to 3 years (Freshers with good communication can also apply)

• Qualification: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred

• Candidates from nearby areas like Vasai / Virar / Nalasopara / Palghar preferred
