We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team at Paragon Chemicals to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹35000 and growth opportunities in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• § Experience in industrial sales and marketing.

  § Strong product knowledge on chemicals and experience in bulk sales in pharma and solvent sales.

  § Knowledge in Industrial chemicals, Laboratory chemicals and general chemicals.

  § Candidates from Chemicals, polymers, Solvents industries are preferable.

  § Responsible for developing new buyers and manage existing customers.

  § Capable to frame a team under you and manage the department.

  § Maintain sales team plan & collect reports from team and escalate to director.

  § Strictly No medical sales representative.

  § Experience should be 3-7 years of work experience in Sales and Marketing.

  § Freshers from marketing background & Female with marketing experience also apply.

  § Packages 25K-35K PM. Hindi speaking and Immediate joiner will be preferable.

  § Work location will be in Villivakkam,Chennai, Tamilnadu. Candidates from any location can apply.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 6+ years of experience. The position also requires strong communication skills, basic knowledge of marketing tools.
