MARKETING & SALES EXECUTIVE
Role: Field Marketing | Lead Generation | Sales | Admission Conversion
Job Description:
We are looking for a target-oriented and confident Marketing & Sales Executive to handle field marketing, lead generation, sales activities and admission conversion. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting follow-ups, visiting schools/institutions and converting prospects into admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through field marketing, local promotional activities and institutional visits.
- Plan and execute marketing and sales campaigns.
- Follow up with prospective students/parents and drive admission conversions.
- Conduct school, college and institutional visits for lead generation.
- Handle customer queries and explain courses/services effectively.
- Negotiate and convince prospects to achieve conversion targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and build strong relationships with prospects.
- Maintain daily/weekly lead and sales reports.
- Achieve assigned lead generation, conversion and sales targets.
- Support digital and online lead-generation activities.

Requirements:
- Marketing/sales experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Comfortable with field visits and target-based work.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, confident and result-oriented approach.
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: Negotiable + performance/target-based incentives
