Mother Nature Sttudios is engaged in providing various shooting locations and related facilities to the film, television, advertising, and entertainment industries.
We require a candidate for the position of Booking Coordinator. The responsibilities of the candidate will include:
Taking booking inquiries from clients for shooting locations and studio facilities.
Coordinating with clients regarding availability, rates, and booking confirmations.
Maintaining and updating booking records on a daily basis.
Ensuring all client details, booking schedules, and payment information are accurately recorded.
Preparing and sharing daily booking status reports with management.
Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of confirmed bookings.
Maintaining proper documentation and records of all bookings and client communications.
The candidate should possess good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to maintain accurate records and reports on a daily basis.
