Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Marketing Executive – B2B & Influencer Partnerships to join our team at Manoeuvre Education Private Limited to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 and growth opportunities in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns

• Identify and connect with potential B2B partners such as colleges, coaching institutes, and education platforms

• Collect market data and competitor insights

• Identify relevant influencers (education, career guidance, student niche)

  Reach out, negotiate, and onboard influencers for campaigns

• Connect with colleges for organizing podcasts, guest lectures, and branding opportunities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns

• Conduct market research, develop advertising strategies and create campaigns

• Manage your brand’s social image on channels like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube etc.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Post Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. The position also requires strong communication skills, basic knowledge of marketing tools, AI tools and a creative approach.
