Marketing Executive – Skill Training
Roles & Responsibilities
Promote Skill Development Training Programs among students, institutions, industries, and local communities.
Conduct field visits, awareness campaigns, seminars, and mobilization activities for student Enrollment.
Develop and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, NGOs, Panchayats, and community organizations.
Generate leads and achieve admission/Enrollment targets for various training programs.
Counsel students and guardians regarding course details, career opportunities, certification, and placement support.
Coordinate with training centers for batch planning, admissions, and documentation.
Execute offline and digital marketing activities to increase brand visibility and outreach.
Organize job fairs, placement drives, and promotional events in coordination with employers and stakeholders.
Maintain daily reports of field activities, inquiries, admissions, and conversions.
Ensure proper follow-up with prospective candidates and maintain a database of leads.
Travel extensively for promotional and mobilization activities across assigned locations.
Coordinate with government departments, CSR partners, and local authorities for training promotion activities.
Support placement and post-placement tracking activities of trained candidates.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and NSDC/Skill Development guidelines.
Work towards achieving monthly business development and Enrollment targets.
