Marketing Executive

Soulsprout Studio is a mental and physical wellness–focused sister venture of Logicmax Enterprises Private Limited, dedicated to holistic development through movement, creativity, and mindful practices. The studio offers programs such as yoga, dance, fitness, and activity-based learning for children and women, fostering confidence, well-being, and overall growth in a safe and engaging environment.

Location: Byculla, Mumbai
Experience: 3+ years
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, result-oriented Digital Marketing & Business Development professional who is willing to go extra miles to drive marketing initiatives and business growth for the studio through strategic campaigns, partnerships, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline)

• Manage social media platforms and content strategy

• Generate leads and drive enrollments for studio programs

• Build and maintain partnerships with schools, communities, and local networks

• Identify new business opportunities and expansion areas

• Coordinate promotional events, workshops, and outreach activities

• Track campaign performance and optimize for better results

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing and/or business development

• Excellent communication skills, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media, and analytics

• Ability to work independently and meet targets

• Creative thinking with a proactive approach

• It is a Full Time మార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
