1. Data Collection: Collect prospective student data from field visits, events, campaigns, referrals, and other marketing activities.
2. Lead Conversion: Contact prospective parents, explain the school’s facilities and academic programs, and convert leads into confirmed admissions.
3. Admission Follow-up: Regularly follow up with interested parents, arrange campus visits, counsel parents, and ensure timely completion of the admission process.
4. Fee Follow-up: Coordinate with parents regarding admission fee payments, first-term fees, pending dues, and payment commitments in coordination with the accounts department
.5. Admission Target Setting: Set monthly, weekly, and daily admission targets for each marketing executive based on the annual admission goal.
6. Target Achievement: Monitor daily progress, maintain lead and admission records, and take necessary action to achieve assigned admission targets.
7. Daily Reporting: Submit daily reports on data collected, leads contacted, campus visits, conversions, confirmed admissions, and fee collections.
8. Parent Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing parents to build trust and encourage admissions through referrals.
9. Field Marketing Activities: Conduct school promotions, distribute leaflets, participate in community activities, and identify new admission opportunities.
10. Performance Review: Review individual performance regularly based on lead generation, conversion rates, confirmed admissions, fee follow-ups, and target achievement.
