Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Visit existing and potential customers to promote company products.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Generate and follow up on sales leads.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Prepare quotations in coordination with the sales team.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and quality teams to ensure timely order execution.
Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, and MIS.
Attend customer meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events when required.
Resolve customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA (Marketing) preferred.
Experience
1–5 years of experience in marketing or business development.
Experience in the manufacturing or sheet metal industry will be preferred.
Preferred Requirements
Willingness to travel for customer visits.
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial products.
Valid driving license is an added advantage.
