1. Lead sales and marketing team to achieve annual and long-term sales goals
2. Manage marketing and sales
3. Lead sales and business development efforts
4. Develop and implement long-term sales and business development strategy
5. Manage sales lead coordination in team to prepare leads for handoff to project management team
6. Coordinate efforts with Project Management team to increase current customer sales
7. Interface with customers to understand their needs and wants to continuously refine the company’s messaging

9. Supervise the creation of professional marketing content to drive sales, including: i. Rich and creative online and social media content that is optimized for search engines and cultivates an active audience
