Marketing Executive (School Admissions)

🎯 Responsibilities

• Promote the school and generate student admissions

• Conduct local area marketing (door-to-door, meetings, camps, events)

• Visit nearby colonies, villages, coaching centers & play schools

• Build relationships with parents, shopkeepers, and local influencers

• Explain school facilities, curriculum, and admission process to parents

• Collect leads and convert enquiries into confirmed admissions

• Coordinate with school management regarding daily marketing progress

📍 Eligibility

• Must have strong knowledge of local area (Sinhorwa, Jakhini & nearby regions)

• Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)

• Prior experience in school/education marketing is an advantage

• Fresher with confidence and local understanding may also apply

• Must be honest, energetic, and result-oriented

💰 Salary

• Fixed salary + admission-based incentive (as per discussion)

• Performance-based increment possible
