Key Responsibilities
Dealer Acquisition: Travel daily to assigned territories to identify and convert new retail dealers for the Sikora Tea range.
Market Expansion: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential distributors and retailers.
Relationship Management: Establish strong rapport with existing dealers to ensure product visibility, regular ordering, and brand loyalty.
Brand Promotion: Effectively communicate the unique value proposition of our tea products (highlighting our legacy and quality) to potential partners.
Reporting: Provide daily reports on market visits, lead status, dealer feedback, and competitive insights to the management team.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly targets for new dealer acquisitions and sales volume.
