Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to drive business growth by developing and executing marketing strategies for our LED lighting solutions. The candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, generating leads, expanding market presence, and supporting the sales team with marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1.      Manage Private Projects & Corporate Offices (Hospitals, Clinics, Offices, Commercial Establishments, etc.).

2.      Dealer Management – Regular follow-ups with existing dealers and developing new dealer networks.

3.      Build and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Consultants, and Project Managers for project acquisition and business development.

4.      Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.

5.      Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of project requirements.

6.      Prepare and maintain reports of sales visits, dealer activities, and project progress.

7.      Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.

Required Qualifications & Skills

·         Education: Graduate / MBA in Marketing or related field.

·         Experience: 3–6 years in marketing & sales, preferably in LED lighting, electrical, or related industries.

·         Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

·         Ability to build long-term professional relationships and drive results.
