Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new customers for packaging products

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients

  • Conduct market visits, customer meetings, and follow-ups

  • Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the plant/production team

  • Prepare quotations, negotiate basic commercial terms, and close orders

  • Track competitor activity and market trends

  • Support payment follow-ups in coordination with accounts team

Candidate Profile

  • 4–8 years of experience in B2B marketing / sales

  • Experience in Flexible packaging / plastics / manufacturing preferred

  • Good communication and negotiation skills

  • Willingness to travel and work in a target-driven environment
